Chili Stuffed Garlic Bread!

Absolutely incredible! I just love to create and see what happens using different items.

Just so happens I own a Chilli Parlor. Oh how convenient. LOL. So I get to play in the kitchen from time to time with the professional chefs.

This time around we made Dew Chilli Stuffed Garlic Bread. Someone had told me about this a while ago. I just never got around to giving it a shot.

So............

INGREDIENTS:

2 loaves Easy Artisan Bread or Italian bread

2-3 cups DEW Chilli.

2 cloves garlic

1/4 stick butter

1/2 tsp dried basil

1/2 tsp dried rosemary

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Handful of Parsley.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Now go to work hollowing out your bread.

First cut the ends off of the loafs of bread and then cut bread in half or thirds depending on how large the loaves are. You are trying to get bread about 5 to 6 inches long. Hollow out the bread using a sharp knife and spoon.

One thing to keep in mind. Keep the bread flat. If the diameter is too large, or too round, more filling will be lost when baking. A nice flat loaf will keep it all in.

Then start filling the bread with Dew Chilli. Don't be too concerned if some of the chili drips out of the ends just stuff it back in later.

Now let's make the garlic butter. Do so by stirring in 2 cloves of crushed garlic and a handful of parsley, add some basil and rosemary into the melted butter.

Then Coat each stuffed loaf with a generous helping of garlic butter. Top it all off with a healthy portion of finely grated Parmesan Cheese, I sometimes like to add Cheddar Cheese as well.

I JUST LOVE CHEESE

Ok now plop it in the oven and bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Suggestion, you a baking mat or paper so it doesn't stick.

Now I know you are excited about taking a big bite right out of the oven, but allow it to cool for about 5 minutes.

Then serve it up.

This is a dish you and yours will certainly enjoy.

Don't be shy to fill the inside with your favorite items, tomato's, peppers, onions, spinach, whatever you want.
