Delicious and Healthy Pasta Rice Stir Fry

Are you looking for a tasty yet healthy stir-fry recipe that’s easy to make and brimming with flavor?

Look no further! We’ve got a special treat for you using Fiber Gourmet’s innovative Pasta Rice. It has the looks, the taste, and the texture of rice without the unhealthy extras. Here’s what you’ll need:


  • 1 box of Fiber Gourmet Pasta Rice (You can get it through our affiliate link here

  • 3 cloves of freshly diced garlic

  • 1 small onion

  • 3-4 green onions, chopped, including the green stems.

  • 2 chicken breasts

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Olive oil

  • Butter

  • 1 can of mushrooms (or fresh mushrooms for added flavor)

  • Fresh broccoli

  • A bag of bean sprouts

  • 2 eggs


  1. Begin by preparing your chicken. Clean the chicken breasts, slice them into cubes, and season them with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. In a frying pan, heat a small amount of olive oil and about two tablespoons of butter. Add your onions and let them sauté until they become translucent. Then add in the freshly diced garlic and stir well.

  3. Add the seasoned chicken to the pan over medium to medium-high heat. Stir until the chicken turns golden and is fully cooked.

  4. While the chicken is cooking, bring a pot of water to boil, seasoning the water with a touch of olive oil, a little butter, salt, and pepper. Add your box of Fiber Gourmet Pasta Rice to boiling water, reduce heat and let it simmer for twenty minutes. Reduce the heat again and let it sit for another five minutes before draining.

  5. While everything is cooking, prepare your fresh broccoli by washing it well. For this recipe, keep the broccoli florets whole. Pour boiling water over them in a separate bowl to blanch them quickly.

  6. Once the chicken is fully cooked, you can adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as you stir. Then, add two eggs and stir until they start to resemble scrambled eggs.

  7. Add the bean sprouts and let them cook for about two minutes before adding the drained Fiber Gourmet Pasta Rice. Stir everything together. If needed, add a bit more butter to prevent sticking. Remember, we aim to keep it on the healthier side, so not too much butter.

  8. Now it’s time to add the steamed broccoli. Don’t let the broccoli sit in the hot water for more than four minutes to maintain that lovely crunch. At this point you want to also add your green onions. Stir and toss and let it all get in the frying pan mixture well.

  9. Plate it up, serve it, and enjoy your delicious and healthy Pasta Rice Stir Fry!
