Hello everyone. We wanted to update you on the ever changing situation regarding Restaurants who provide Delivery, Carry-Out. The Governor's original order only permitted Delivery and Curb-Side Service. The Governor is now allowing for Carry-Out where customers can enter a store pick up their order and leave. However, Godfather's Pizza and Dew Chilli Parlor's will still offer Curb-side Service for those of you who do not want to enter the store, especially the elderly. Again, Place your order, when you arrive call the store location and let them know you are in the curbside lane. Those area's are marked by the store. Below is the new information on the Governors Order. Please help us provide this service on Carry-Out by keeping Social Distancing. Each store will have area's marked. For menu and Delivery options click here dewchilli.com State of Illinois Executive Order: "To-Go", Carry Out, Take Out Permitted Governor Pritzker has issued an official Executive Order that mandates the closure of on-premise dining in Illinois restaurants. Due to the advocacy of the IRA, the Executive Order clarifies that "to-go", carry out, and take out will be permitted at Illinois restaurants. Click here to read the text of the Executive Order. Read the paragraph related to restaurants below: "Beginning March 16, 2020 at 9:00 p.m. through March 30, 2020, all businesses in the State of Illinois that offer food or beverages for on-premises consumption—including restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and food halls—must suspend service for and may not permit on-premises consumption. Such businesses are permitted and encouraged to serve food and beverages so that they may be consumed off-premises, as currently permitted by law, through means such as in-house delivery, third-party delivery, drive-through, and curbside pick-up. In addition, customers may enter the premises to purchase food or beverages for carry-out. However, establishments offering food or beverages for carry-out, including food trucks, must ensure that they have an environment where patrons maintain adequate social distancing. Businesses located in airports, hospitals, and dining halls in colleges and universities are exempt from the requirements of this Executive Order. Hotel restaurants may continue to provide room service and carry-out. Catering services may continue." Additional operational guidelines are expected from the state of Illinois soon. Guidance for Restaurants and Bars Effective tonight at 9:00 p.m., and lasting through March 30th, all restaurants and bars must cease their regular operations and follow updated guidelines: • The consumption of food or beverage is not permitted inside a restaurant or bar • Congregation of any kind is not permitted inside or outside a restaurant or bar • Drive-thru, delivery and carry out or curbside pick-up can continue.

Pritzker has ordered the closure of all Restaurants and Bars in the State of Illinois. The closures take affect Starting at the Close of Business Monday March 16, 2020 until Monday March 30, 2020. The exception is for locations that can provide Delivery or Curb-Side Service. Most of our locations provide those services. If you are doing curbside once you arrive please call the number and a staff member will bring your order to your car. 2. Dew Pub and Grill Springfield on Dirksen Parkway: Will be open at 11am until 8pm. Call 679-1910 to place your curbside or go to dewchilli.com to place your delivery order. On Pick up orders please call once you arrive at the store and a staff member will bring your order to your car. 3. Dew Chilli Parlor Springfield on Wabash Avenue: Will be open from 11:00am to 8pm for Curbside and Delivery Service. For curbside service call 679-2940. Once you arrive at store you can drive to the drive-up window, please call store again and let staff know you are at the window. For delivery order go to dewchilli.com. 4. Dew Chilli Parlor/Krystal’s Pekin Illinois: Will be closed until March 30th. These are very difficult times for all of us, but we are committed to serving our community and working hard to help the communities we sever get through the times. We have served our communities for over 111 years and we value and appreciate your support keeping us going through the years. As we have said before this is temporary and together, we will get through it.

Starting immediately Dew Chilli is offering a No Contact Delivery Service if a customer requests it. Here is how it works. The Delivery Driver will bring your order to you. The driver will stand 6 feet away from the customers door and wait for the customer to pick up the food at the door placed in an area the customer has instructed the Driver to leave it. No driver will enter a home. This service will require prepayment using a credit card. Dew Chilli Delivery Demand has increased during this crisis and we want to make sure we serve our community promptly but safely. Because of the increased demand we have partnered with a certified Third-Party Service. Today, customers who prefer a no-contact delivery can make that request by ordering Dew Chilli from DoorDash and in the delivery instructions indicate you want a no contact delivery.
