(Springfield, Illinois): Dew Chilli Parlor’s of America is working with health officials and Directly with the CDC to ensure the safety of our Customers, and Staff during the COVID-19 Virus.

Starting immediately Dew Chilli is offering a No Contact Delivery Service if a customer requests it. Here is how it works. The Delivery Driver will bring your order to you. The driver will stand 6 feet away from the customers door and wait for the customer to pick up the food at the door placed in an area the customer has instructed the Driver to leave it. No driver will enter a home. This service will require prepayment using a credit card. Dew Chilli Delivery Demand has increased during this crisis and we want to make sure we serve our community promptly but safely. Because of the increased demand we have partnered with a certified Third-Party Service.

Today, customers who prefer a no-contact delivery can make that request by ordering Dew Chilli from DoorDash and in the delivery instructions indicate you want a no contact delivery. You can find our menus and DoorDash no contact delivery by going to dewchill.com and hitting DoorDash.
